It's that time of year again where the Winolequa Garden Club puts on their annual plant and bake sale. The location has changed this year, it will be held at 1119 NW Mills, one block west of Shakertown on private property. Please check them out at their new location.
The sale will take place May 3 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and May 4 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you have never attended one of these events, they have freshly baked goods that are wonderful including homemade bread which usually sells out quickly.
The Winolequa Garden Club also has a variety of plants for sale for you to choose from.
The proceeds from the sale go to the 2020 Scholarship fund which helps a student from Winlock High School who is going on to college.
