After three innings Dennis Co held a 3-2 lead. Landin Isaksen scored for Dennis Company with singles by Kaden Ritzman and Kyle Strozyk. McCartney Maden singled and scored, Deleak Hubbard scored after getting walked for Pioneer. Luke Gerow led off the third with a double, followed by RBI singles by Carter Pearson, and Ryan Jenkins for Dennis Company. Pioneer used two errors, three walks and an RBI singled by Arjay Pearson to go ahead 6-3 in the fourth. Scoring runs for Pioneer were Maden, Hayden Stephens, Kolby Jones and Hubbard. Pioneer added one more in the fifith on singles by Camden Byam and Stephens. Dennis Co went ahead in the bottom of the fifth scoring 5 times. Pearson and Jenkins singled, Crawford doubled, and Gerow, Jacob Snodgrass and Connor Deniston all got walked for Dennis Company. Pioneer had another big inning on six walks, two errors and a double by Pioneer's Pearson. Dennis Co. scored twice in the sixth before Pioneer closed out the games. Jenkins and Deniston picked up the final two runs for Dennis Co.
May 12, Dennis Co 6, Brumfield Construction 4
Leading all the way, Dennis Company's first trip to Westport was a good one, getting the win 6-4. Starting pitcher for Brumfield Cole Hatton threw two great innings striking out five Dennic Company batters, before getting relieved in the third. Luke Gerow struck out seven in three innings for Dennis Company. Carter Pearson pitched well in relief picking up seven K's for Dennis Co. Dennis Co was first on the board scoring three times in the third. Kyle Strozyk and Ryan Jenkins singled and Landin Isaksen walked, and all three came around to score for Dennis Co. Big Blue scored one run in each of the final three innings for D.C. Pearson walked, and later stole home in the fourth. Isaksen walked again and scored in the fifth. Brendon Young singled and scored in the sixth for Dennis Co. Brumfield score all their runs in a big fourth inning. McDonald led off with a triple and Hatton doubled later in the inning.

The Little League season opener matched Dennis Company with the Elks. Starting pitchers Dennis Company's Luke Gerow and Elks' Andrew Minton opened their seasons with two fine performances. Both teams were held scoreless through the first two innings. Dennis Company picked up three runs in the third with doubles by Mason Crawford and Gerow. Carter Pearson, Landin Isaksen and Kyle Strozyk added singles. Ryan Jenkins led off the 4th with a single, but was thrown out going for two by Elks centerfielder Daniel Brenneman. Dennis Company's Crawford singled and later scored on Pearson's RBI single. Dennis Co. Alek Samplawski also singled in the inning. Jacob Snodgrass and Isaksen scored in the fifth, Jenkins and Crawford drove in runs with singles for Dennis Co. Pearson and Connor Deniston scored in the sixth. Chase Flynn had two singles and 1 RBI for the only Elks hits. Minton scored in the sixth after getting on base on a Dennis Co. error. On the mound, Dennis Co Gerow had 6 strikeouts, while giving up only 1 hit. Samplawski pitched the last three innings, picking up 7 K's and allowing only 1 hit.

Pioneer Grocery's Frank Roonsburg had 8 K's and a triple. Arjay Pearson had 6 K's, McCartney Maden had 3 stolen bases, Kolby Jones had 3 steals, and Tristan Cogdill had 2 RBI's. Hayden Stephens had a 2 run double to tie the game.

Dennis Company's second game of the season was a tough one for the home team. Pioneer pitcher Frank Roonsburg went the distance, picking up 8 K's and giving up two runs. Pioneer scored twice in the first, with singles by McCartney Maden, Hayden Stephens, Roonsburg, and Arjay Pearson. Pioneer added six more in the second on four walks, and singles by Maden, Roonsburg, and a triple by Pearson. Roonsburge ripped a grand slam in the third. The only hits for Dennis Company were singles by Luke Gerow and Jacob Snodgrass. Alek Samplawski and Brendon Young reached based on errors. Dennis Company starting pitcher Carter Pearson struck out three Pioneer batters, and Samplawski picked up six K's.
Fri., May 2, Dennis Company 6, Grayland Hardware 5
After scoring once in the third, Grayland Hardware held a 1-0 lead until the bottom of the fifth when Dennis Company scored five runs on singles by Ryan Jenkins, Garrett Keeton and Landin Isaksen. Three walks and an error added the scoring. Grayland Hardware tied it up in their half of the six with four walks, a double by Hailey and a triple by Jose Sevilla. Kyle Strozyk scored the winning run on a walk-off single by Landin Isaksen for Dennis Company. Starting pitcher for Dennis Company Luke Gerow struck out 10 batters in 4 1/3 innings. Jenkins came on relief and struck out 3.
