Two sentences, one warrant and one dismissal were issued by Judge Steven Buzzard during Winlock Municipal Court Today.

Natasha N Sweeney, 21, of Winlock, had been found guilty of DUI and was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 356 days suspended and eight days credited for time served. She was also fined $5,000 with $4,135 suspended and was given the option to pay fines and court costs through community service.

Troy S. McClure, 48, of Toledo, was found guilty of driving while license suspended, third degree, and sentenced to 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended and 10 days credited for time served. He was also fined $800 with $360 suspended.

A charge of driving while license suspended, third degree, against Michael W. Hendrickson, 60, of Winlock, was dismissed after Hendrickson fulfilled the terms of a diversion agreement.

A $3,000 warrant was issued for the arrest of Kayla M. Horsley, 24, of Puyallup, after failing to appear for a show cause hearing in relation to her conviction of minor in possession of alcohol.
