One sentence and three warrants were issued by Interim Judge Jim Buzzard during municipal court in Winlock Thursday.
Christian J. J. Martin, 25, of Tumwater, had pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 67 days suspended and 23 days to be served through electronic home monitoring. He was also fined $2,000 with $1,000 suspended. Buzzard noted the sentence took into account Martin’s “horrible” driving record but also his attempts to re-license prior to sentencing.
A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Alan R. Moody, 50, of Centralia, after failing to appear for arraignment. Moody is being charged with criminal trespass, first degree.
A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Jessica L. Rosas, 25, of Centralia, after failing to appear for her pre-trial hearing. Rosas is being charged with driving while license suspended, third degree.
A $2,000 warrant was issued for the arrest of Patricia A. Heckman, 58, of Bellingham, after failing to appear for trial confirmation. Heckman is being charged with theft, third degree.
