Seen at the Post Office: flyer from Toledo Fire Department promoting headlight use during daylight hours, reminiscent of an article in the Tacoma News Tribune years back wherein the City undertook to reduce accidents in just this manner.Using a control group to determine the results, they published the decision to turn on headlights on all unmarked police cars.
