Flying K and Napa Auto Parts celebrated their 20th anniversary in Toledo on Saturday with hotdogs and soda for $0.20 each, with all proceeds to benefit the Toledo Food Bank. Owned by Rick and Tonya Lovell, the couple said their ability to remain in the area for the last two decades has been in large part to the support of local residents. The Lovells also took the afternoon to showcase their new hardware and feed store, which they acquired recently from Brosey's Hardware, formerly in Winlock, and Prairie Ridge Tack and Feed, formerly in Toledo. Their added inventory is available in the back of their building at 130 Cowlitz St., and includes such new products as Valspar paints. By the end of the day, $236.86 had been donated toward the food bank, with the Lovells stating the event had been a success.
