New Centralia remodelers aiming for excellence

Getting ready for remodeling season? Try Westley Interiors in Centralia, a new interior construction company that combines quality work with quality customer service.

Owner Josh Westley said his services are available for everyone from experienced do-it-yourselfers to novice homeowners, adding his local staff of remodelers and sales representatives will provide personal, knowledgeable service.

"Customer service is something that we try to strive on," he said. "We actually know about our products and can help you to the best of our abilities."

Starting in November of last year, Westley said business has picked up as word of mouth has spread and as his business has been featured on local radio stations. He said most clients have come to him for floor work, but he said cabinets, counter tops and most things interior-related are available through his business.

"I’m open to anyone who wants to talk in the door and have some work done," he said, stating Westley Interiors offers free in-home estimates and will also provide product samples. "I can bring out samples of anything that they have in mind to their door at no cost."

Westley said many of the products he uses are shipped locally, such as hardwood, laminates and tiles out of Seattle. He also plans to begin featuring cabinets by Trivonna, a company based out of Lacey, and said he hopes to continue making connections with local businesses as his company grows.

He added Westley Interiors is the only remodeling business he knows that currently offering Formica in the area, stating he has not found it in other local remodeling stores.

"That’s not something that you’ll find in a big box store, that’s not something that you’ll find online," he said.
