Fadele migrated to Washington from Nigeria in June of 1994. Her time in Nigeria was spent as a high school counselor and with her move to Washington she sought her education at Grays Harbor College.
Working from her associates at Grays Harbor, she continued her education at Washington State University to gain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing. After completing her Master in Nursing, Fadele became an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.

The addition of Fadele brings a broader service to Valley View with her knowledge of birth control implants, a service that was not present previously, and helps fulfill the mission of Valley View Health Center, which is a Patient Centered Medical Home focused on providing quality care to the community while focusing on their mission statement.
