Memorial Day service schedule

Local veterans will be holding Memorial Day services at several area cemeteries on Monday and those interested in participating are welcome to do so.

A meeting will be held at 8:30 a.m. at the Winlock Community Building to prepare for the services, which will take place as follows:

9:30 a.m. at Napavine Cemetery.

10 a.m. at St. Urban Cemetery.

10:45 a.m. at Vader Catholic Cemetery.

11:15 a.m. at Little Falls Cemetery.

Noon at Winlock Cemetery.

Lunch will be held for Veterans at the VFW Hall in Toledo.

1:30 p.m. at St. Francis Cemetery.

2 p.m. at Lone Hill Cemetery.

2:30 p.m. at Toledo Cemetery.

These services will be conducted by American Legion Post 101 and VFW Post 3429. All veterans are welcome and encouraged to attend.
