Skip graduated from Raymond High School with the class of 1957 and went on to Centralia Junior College from 57-58, attended Grays Harbor College for three years and attended University of Washington night school. He worked on the Kuttle farm and for Weyerhaeuser. He attended Boeing and Technical school for a couple of years and worked for Simpson plywood in Shelton. He also worked as a bookkeeper for various companies, including Don Makivoney CO., then to Agcrete Industries in Woodinville, Reid Sand and Gravel of Bellevue and Coast Construction in Burien. When returning to Raymond, he worked at Pederson Seafoods in South Bend. The last place he was employed was Harbor Bell in Bay Center. Skip enjoyed computer work and operated a computer business out of his home. He also enjoyed woodworking in his shop.
Skip was the youngest of six children. His sisters, Alene Strozyk and Elizabeth Kuttle of Raymond; many aunts, uncles and cousins survive him; close friends Lynn Armstrong, Ray Thompson and Andy Monson. Anna Marie Smith, Geraldine Orkney and Muriel Rainer preceded him in death.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in care of Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond.
