Animal neglect- 11:54am
The reporting party saw a dog running across their property, heard a pellet gun go off, and examined the dog to find that the dog had been shot in the neck with a pellet.

Suspicious person- 8:40am
The caller reported a transient that had been sitting on a curb talking to them self. The caller was concerned for the individual and was calling for a welfare check.

Theft from vehicle- 10:19am
The caller reported that they had witnessed somebody rifling through their car in the night, but checked after they were gone to what they had taken, and the prowler had only taken a trinket that was hanging from the mirror in the car.

Suspicious person- 11:48pm
The caller reported that somebody had been looking in vehicles and attempting to climb over a fence at the location that the caller was at.

Suspicious person- 5:53am
The reporting party reported a male subject that had been yelling at all passer bys, and was not dressed for the weather.

Suspicious person- 9:19am
The caller reported that an intoxicated male had been roving around their neighborhood checking windows and door knobs, and wanted to report it to the police.

Copalis Beach

Burglary complaint- 5:36pm
The caller reported a burglar that had entered a vacant house through an unlocked front window, and it was known that the home owner had been gone that day. After contacting the land lord to see if it was him, he confirmed that he had not been at the house.

Violation of court order- 7:50pm
The reporting party told the call taker that they were calling for their friend, and informed them that their ex boyfriend is attempting to break into her apartment with the intent to kill her.

Assault- 6:31pm
The caller reported their neighbor coming into their house and attacking them, saying that he punched her in the face. The caller told the call taker that she had been punched in the head a dozen times.


Threatening- 3:58pm
The reporting party called to report that their neighbor was threatening to shoot the caller because he turned him in for being a hoarder.

Controlled substance problem- 9:46am
The caller reported that while they were on their walk they had found a tent set up on the side of the road near the location they were at. The caller also reported that there was a red Jeep Cherokee parked there as well, and reported that the subject inside was alarmed when the caller discovered them, leading the caller to believe they were interrupting a drug deal.
