Willapa Valley HS Girls Basketball
The Lady Vikings took their season into post-season play with a run at District IV glory. Finishing the season with a 17-6 overall record, the team went three rounds at the District tournament. The Vikings drew Onalaska to start the District IV tournament and narrowly lost, and then next facing one of their local rivals, the Indians of South Bend. This game pushed them into a final match-up against Life Christian Academy. Giving it their best effort, the lady Vikings again made it close, but was unable to defeat the Eagles and finished their season. The lady Vikings thrilled home crowds during the season and we look forward to what they will be able to bring us next year.
