Jerad Vert pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to one year in prison and one year of community custody, which will require an evaluation and treatment.
Matthew W. Kramer, 42, was charged with felony harassment and indecent exposure. He was in court for his arraignment. Kramer was originally arrested on 13 charges and had bail set at $20,000. Some of Kramer’s other charges included possession of drug paraphernalia and contraband, reckless endangerment (two), criminal trespassing (two) and disorderly conduct (two).
Joseph Shawa was in court for failure to register as a sex offender and for his first appearance on a warrant.
Mark Clevenger was in court on two separate cases, including a violation of probation and the other for possession of methamphetamine, which he was on for arraignment.
Demario Johnson was in court for a status hearing (defense is looking over his case). Johnson is a fugitive from Alaska, which issued a warrant for a case involving custodial interference.
Bobbie Gorham, 29, pleaded guilty to forgery, with an agreed sentence recommendation of 14 months in prison. There is no probation once released because this is a property crime. Gorham was arrested by Deputy K Biggs for theft in the third degree, possession of stolen property and fraud and had a bail set at $10,000.
Robert F. Warner, 42, was charged with second degree assault while armed with a firearm and felony harassment while armed with a firearm. He was in court for a status hearing to determine appointment of a public defender. When jailed, Warner’s bail was set at $50,000.
Danyelle Connery (AKA Stiger) was in court for a pre-trial hearing for a damaging a police vehicle and taking it out of service.
Robert Cupit pleaded guilty to attempting to elude a police officer, with an agreed sentence of 90 days.
In recent arrests, Audrey Mae Till, 26, was arrested by South Bend Police for domestic violence in the fourth degree.
Caleb M. Jez, 26, was booked into jail for criminal trespassing in the second degree, vehicle prowling and obstructing a public service. Jaz was popped by Deputy V Johnson.
Brady James Branstetter, 20, was jailed by Raymond Police for a failure to appear warrant and had bail set at $5,000.
Jessica Machelle Oleachea, 23, was arrested by South Bend Police on an outstanding warrant and held for another agency.
Crystal Marie Freeman, 25, was taken to jail and had bail set at $100,000 for taking a motor vehicle without permission. Deputy T Kimball caught Freeman.
Brian Keith Leding, 32, was arrested by the sheriff’s office for possession of a drug without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia and a community custody violation. His bail was set at $15,000.
Lane Jeffery Smith, 30, was arrested for jumping bail and his new bail was set at 25 grand.
