The Cornerstone Equestrian Center, in Winlock, will be hosting a Western Dressage Clinic this weekend as the first of many regular events planned to take place at the facility since being acquired by new owners earlier this year.
Organized through the Relational Riding Academy, the clinics are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday and will teach students the finer points of dressage figures, as well as how to understand and utilize progressive training methods.
The cost for the clinic is $140 per person for both days, as well as $40 for stabling and $20 for meals if such services are desired. Those wishing to audit the clinic may do so for $20, and auditors who are part of 4-H or North American Western Dressage may do so for free.
For more information, contact Clinician Michelle Binder at (509) 290-4310, or for stabling and meal arrangements, contact Cornerstone Equestrian Center owner Vicky Marincin at (253) 255-3028. Online registration is also available at www.RelationalRidingAcademy.com.
