A family member told the Herald Monday afternoon that Doyle’s progress continues to get better and that he was no longer listed in serious condition at the hospital. However, he will need to undergo several more surgeries.
Doyle’s stay at Harborview could last through April. Anyone that wants to donate to help pay his medical expenses can visit any Security State Bank locations, including Raymond, South Bend, Grayland, Pe Ell, Chehalis and Centralia where accounts have been established.
This Saturday a benefit spaghetti dinner being co-sponsored by the American Legion Post 150 and the Elks Lodge #1292 is scheduled for 4-8 p.m. at the Raymond Elks in historic downtown Raymond.
On April 6, a 5K Run/Walk starts at 10 a.m. with registration at 9 a.m. at the Public Market/Northwest Carriage Museum parking lot. There will also be a silent auction between the hours of 9 a.m. - noon.
