Toledo man cited after Centralia crash
A Toledo man has been cited after causing a collision in Centralia on Sunday, according to the Lewis County Sheriff's Office.
The 57-year-old driver of a 1990 Toyota Camry had been traveling south on Centralia-Alpha Rd. when it is assumed he had fallen asleep and drifted into the oncoming lane and struck a 1997 Toyota Camry driver by a 78-year-old Centralia man.
Neither party reported any injuries, and the causing driver was cited for driving without insurance and negligent driving, second degree.

Chehalis man booked for Winlock DUI
A Chehalis man has been arrested for DUI after driving his vehicle down an embankment near Winlock Sunday night, according to the Lewis County Sheriff's Office.
Nicholas J. Rademaker, 48, was taken into custody after driving his 1993 Dodge W250 when it appears he drove too close to the shoulder and drove down an embankment on the 200 block of Pleasant Valley Rd., north of Winlock.
He was not described as injured as a result of the collision and was booked into the Lewis County Jail for DUI.

Pickup reported stolen near Toledo
A Toledo resident has reported the recent theft of a pickup truck, according to the Lewis County Sheriff's Office.
The owner of a 1997 Nissan pickup reported it had been stolen from the 200 block of Mandy Rd., southwest of Toledo, sometime between Sept. 27 and 28. The vehicle has been described as blue with a white stripe. The estimated loss is $2,500.
