Winlock woman booked on drug charges
A Winlock woman has been charged with introducing a controlled substance to a jail facility after being booked on a separate drug charge over the weekend, according to the Lewis County Sheriff's Office.
Joanna M. Withrow, 29, had been arrested late Friday night by the Toledo Police Department for possession of methamphetamine and, while being searched Saturday morning by staff at the Lewis County Jail, was found to be in possession of a small vial containing a substance that field-tested positive for heroin.
Withrow reportedly denied knowledge that the vial had been on her person but was booked for possession of a narcotic in a correctional facility in addition to her previous charge.
Toledo woman booked for DUI
A Toledo woman has been booked for DUI after a traffic stop over the weekend, according to the Lewis County Sheriff's Office.
Kelly M. Rice, 40, was contacted by deputies while traveling on the 1200 block of SR 505, north of Toledo, and was found to be under the influence of intoxicants and booked into the Lewis County Jail for DUI.

Toledo home burgled
A safe and multiple electronics were reportedly stolen during a burglary near Toledo May 13, according to the Lewis County Sheriff's Office.
Sometime between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., an unknown number of suspects entered a residence on the 1800 block of SR 505, east of Toledo, and stole a 65" Sansui TV, a Sony subwoofer and a small black safe, according to the 30-year-old male victim.
Deputies reported they recovered evidence at the scene and are continuing to investigate.
