South Bend Police Chief Dave Eastham told the Herald that there were no significant arrests made during the past week in South Bend. Eastham said over the weekend there was only routine traffic arrests made.
“Raymond Police Chief Chuck Spoor said, “It’s been pretty quiet. We had a stolen vehicle and a stolen quad a little while back, but since then, it’s been quiet. We’re just plugging away.”
Arrested Monday by Raymond policemen in connection with a local burglary was Jeremy S. Graham, 33, and Eli Van Hess, 35. Both men were charged with residential burglary and possession of having burglary tools. There were also several other arrests tabulated in 2013 by the Pacific County Sheriff’s Office, the Raymond Police Department, the Shoalwater Bay Police dept., the Washington Dept. of Fish and Wildlife and the Long Beach Police dept.
Brian K. Leding, 32, was arrested Saturday night for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (felony), possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. He was arrested by Deputy Ostgaard.
Ronnie R. Legler, 39, was arrested for a schedule I/II narcotic as well as possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered held for another agency. Legler’s bail was set at $100,000. The Department of Fish and Wildlife made the arrest.
Danny S. Crawford, 60, was arrested for possession of a drug without a prescription (felony) Jan. 5, possession of drug paraphernalia and was held for another agency with bail set at $5,000. Shoalwater Tribal Policeman Padgett arrested Crawford.
Bobbie Joe Gorham, 29, was arrested for Theft in the third degree, possession on stolen property and fraud. Gorham’s bail was set at $10,000. He was arrested by Deputy Biggs Jan. 6.
James M. Adkins, 56, was arrested Friday afternoon for two counts of unlawful possession of a legal drug, three counts of the felony possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of possession of a dangerous weapon. Deputy Ryan Tully arrested Adkins.
Kurt E. Kaino, 50, was arrested by the LBPD Friday for malicious harassment and intimidating a public servant.
Kenny L. Sinclair, 32, was arrested Friday by the RPD for violation of a civil anti-harassment order and two failure to appear warrants. His bail was set at $10,200.
Brandon A. Mikhail, 25, was arrested for reckless driving Jan. 5 by State Patrolman Macomber.
