The trucks are arriving and the rides are going up for the carnival that will be at the South Bend Labor Day celebration.
Almost at the end of their season Rainier Amusements out of Portland, Oregon are in South Bend and are unloading the rides that will be ready to help with the festivities of the South Bend Labor Day celebration this coming weekend.
Be careful in and around the parking lot next to Pioneer Grocery, and be mindful of the electrical cords that make a temporary speed bump in front of South Bend City Hall but get ready for the fun to start as the rides will be up and running when the celebration begins.
