Adopt-A-Basket in full swing

This spring will be the 12^th year that the Willapa Harbor Chamber of Commerce has sponsored the Raymond “Adopt-A-Basket” program. The colors of the hanging baskets enhance the local area and add to the charm of the city.

It is greatly appreciated to everyone that purchases a basket, especially those that do not have businesses along Third Street. The cost is $40 per basket.
