Two sentences and three warrants were issued by Judge Steven Buzzard during Winlock Municipal Court on Thursday.

Shane E. Lindsey, 41, of Toledo, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of negligent driving, first degree, after having complied with a diversion agreement for a charge of DUI. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended, and fined $800 with $400 suspended.

Andrew K. Wheeler, 30, of Castle Rock, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, third degree, and driving without a required ignition interlock device. For the first charge he was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended and two days credited for time served, and also fined $800 with $400 suspended. For the second charge he was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 364 days suspended and two days credited for time served, and also fined $800 with $400 suspended

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Jesse M. Benfield, 20, of Elma, after failing to appear for arraignment. Benfield is facing a charge of driving while license suspended, third degree.

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Christopher B. Holten, 32, of Toledo, after failing to appear for a pre-trial hearing. Holten is facing a charge of forth-degree assault.

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Kibling R. K. Placer, 27, of Chehalis, after failing to appear for a bench trial. Placer is facing a charge of fourth-degree assault. (As a note, this warrant was issued by Judge pro-tem Joseph Enbody due to a conflict of interest present between Buzzard and Placer).
