Five sentences and four warrants were issued by Judge Steve Buzzard during Winlock Municipal Court on Thursday.

David W. Comfort, 33, of Toledo, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree domestic assault and interfering with domestic violence reporting and was sentenced to 728 days in jail with 728 days suspended. He was also fined $1,600 with $800 suspended.

Anna M. Gibson, 31, of Winlock, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft and fourth-degree assault and was sentenced to 728 days in jail with 719 days suspended and nine days credited for time served. She was also fined $1,600 with $800 suspended.

Kassandra M. Jeffers, 22, of Toledo, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended and two days credited for time served. She was also fined $500 with $250 suspended.

Robert L. Love, 64, of Winlock, pleaded guilty to third-degree driving while license suspended and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. He was also fined $100.

Joanna M. Withrow, 29, of Winlock, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, amended from fourth-degree assault, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended and was fined $600 with $300 suspended. A $400 fine was also unsuspended related to a previous conviction of third-degree theft after Withrow failed to comply with the terms of sentencing.

A $2,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Juan M. Becerra, 50, of National City, Cali., after failing to appear for a pre-trial hearing related to a charge of third-degree driving while license suspended.

A $2,000 warrant was issued for the arrest of Dennis J. Fant, 19, of Winlock, after failing to appear for arraignment on a charge of third-degree theft.

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Richard E. Melton, 37, of Winlock, after failing to appear for a pre-trial hearing related to a charge of issuing a fraudulent check.

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of James C. Robinette, 36, of Winlock, after failing to appear for arraignment on a charge of third-degree driving while license suspended.
