Three sentences and two warrants were issued by Judge Steven Buzzard during municipal court in Winlock Thursday.
Sharah P. Cass, 31, of Centralia, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of driving while licenses suspended, third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. She was also fined $600 with $300 suspended. The charge was reduced from driving while license suspended, second degree, due to a lack of supporting evidence.
Randy L. Oleachea, 47, of Vader, pleaded guilty to violation of a no-contact order and was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 361 days suspended and three days credited for time served. He was also fined $1,200 with $600 suspended.
Shane V. Steveson, 35, of Kelso, was found guilty of a reduced charge of negligent driving, first degree, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. He was also fined $800 with $400 suspended. The Charge was reduced from DUI after Steveson completed a diversion agreement.
A $5,000 warrant was issued for the arrest of Alan R. Moody, 50, of Winlock, after failing to appear for arraignment. Moody is being charged with criminal trespass, first degree.
A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Ashleigh K. Reddick, 23, of Winlock, after failing to appear for arraignment. Reddick is being charged with violation of a no-contact order.
