Toledo Boys Add Two More Wins

The Toledo boys added to more Trico League wins to their season total with a 67-36 victory over Columbia (White Salmon) Tuesday and a 71-48 win over La Center on Friday.

On Tuesday Austin Trafelet led Toledo with 21 points while Brennan Rakoz added 15.  Brent Wood also broke into double figures with 10 points. Friday night saw Grant McEwen score 20 points with solid defense and transition baskets. Brennan Rakoz added 17 points while Trafelet threw in 16 points for the Indians.

"Austin and Brennan get so much attention that it leaves our other guys on the court open," said McEwen. " I was just prepared to knock down some shots. Our defense helped us get out and run and get quick easy buckets. It was a great team effort offensively."

Toledo is now 13-1 overall and 11-1 in Trico League play and will face Seton Catholic at home on Tuesday and then travel to play King's Way Christian on Friday.
