Notice is hereby given that the Napavine City Council has scheduled a public hearing pursuant to RCW 36.70A.140 to be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at the Napavine City Hall, 407 Birch Ave. SW, Napavine, WA 98565, at 6:00 p.m. on The Capital Facilities Plan.
The Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) is prepared in response to community wide interest to develop a structured program for capital improvements to improve the community. The CFP contains a priority listing of projects together with preliminary cost estimates, implementation schedule and anticipated sources of funding. The CFP presents a program for the next 6 years and is consistent with public expectations, adopted comprehensive plans and other planning studies. The City Council will consider and update the CFP on an annual basis to reflect each year in conjunction with a review of the operating budget so that operations and maintenance cost and the CFP can be addressed in the annual budget.
Public comment will be received by the Napavine City Council on the proposed Capital Facilities Plan. Comments may be made in writing to the Napavine Clerk-Treasurer at P.O. Box 810, Napavine, WA 98565 or by appearing before the Napavine City Council.
