Those entering items should be prepared to pick up their entries on Saturday, Aug. 2, between 4:45-5:30 p.m. at the high school.
The show also will feature the 2014 raffle quilt created by the Willapa Harbor Quilters, with tickets at $1 each. Funds raised through the raffle are applied toward the group’s scholarship fund and charity projects. A boutique table with completed items for sale also will be available.
The quilt show is open to the public at no charge. This year’s event will feature Raymond's own Dorothy Gruginski as featured quilter. In addition, vendors from Quilt Harbor in Aberdeen, Quilter’s Junction in Centralia and Cathy's Classy Quilts in Rochester will be on hand.
Willapa Harbor Quilters meet each Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Raymond First Baptist Church. Interested visitors are always welcome.
