The event is sponsored by the Willapa Harbor Health Foundation.
Highlighting the event will be the Christmas tree auction, a delicious prime rib dinner, and entertainment by Chris Halpin on the keyboard. Tickets are $35 in advance or $40 at the door and can be purchased by calling Marlynn at 875-4558. Don't wait, these tickets sell out fast!
The menu will be prepared by Steve Clements. This year the menu will be Salad, Prime Rib, Twice Baked Potatoes, Green Beans, Rolls, and a Dessert with champagne, cider and a no host bar.
There will be a total of seven trees again this year with six to be auctioned to the highest bidder and one large tree for a raffle. Tickets for the raffle tree are being sold by the Foundation Board members at 3 tickets for $1. The designers for the trees this year are: Gayle Russell, with a small beach theme tree; Delores Sowa, with a small red and white gingerbread baking theme tree; Elaine Fosse, with a traditional tree, "Drink and be Merry" with entertainment premiums; Jennifer Mullen, with a large tree "Vintage Glitter"; Nancy McAllister and Jessica Plato will each be designing large trees. The Raffle tree is a White tree decorated with Red and Green decorations by Shelia McGough and Deborah Pearson. This tree is already set up at Everyone's Video and More for viewing.
In addition to the Christmas Tree Auction, there will be many silent auction items to capture your interest.
The Master of Ceremonies will be Mark McClain and the auctioneer will be Dewy Adair.
