Deadline fast-approaching for Toledo film festival entries

The deadline to participate in the Plomondon Independent Film Festival is mere weeks away and those wishing to submit a video must do so by Feb. 3.

Film Festival, currently in its tenth year, is geared toward all styles and genres of independent filmmaking, and is planning to go international this year with the possible addition of movies originating from Germany and Japan.

Those wishing to have their film included are encouraged to call (360) 864-4ART or go to www.morganartscentre.com to download an entry form. The festival itself is scheduled to take place Feb. 21 and 22 at the Morgan Arts Center at 190 Plomondon Rd., in Toledo.

Winners, voted upon by the audience, will be announced after the festival, with a lucky few acquiring the ever-sought-after PIFFY.
