The Lewis County Coroner's Office is seeking the public's assistance. A local resident had purchased a box of items at the Yard Birds Mall and when she emptied the box she found a blue velvet box at the bottom. Inside was a small picture, a brass plaque and an ornamental ceramic piece that contained cremated ashes. The brass plaque read: "Kim Bowdre 1966-2006".

Having checked with Lewis County Vital Statistics the name and year of birth there was no match for any death records. Other search engines were utilized but no match for the name and year of birth/death were not found.

If anyone knows of Kim Bowdre or her family they asked to call the Coroner's Office at (360) 740-1376.
