The Pacific County Republican Party held their reorganization meeting on Saturday in South Bend. Elected Precinct Committee Officers met to vote for party officers for the 2015 and 2016 term.
After a four year hiatus, Nansen Malin, has returned to the chair position. "The county organization elected a strong slate of officers. I am excited to work with everyone and am so thankful for the vote of confidence the central committee has given me," said Malin after the unanimous confirmation. "We are going to be focusing locally, bringing in more speakers and providing opportunities for conservatives to get involved in their community."
Others elected were Vice Chair Aaragon Markwell, Secretary Gretchen Sagen, Treasurer Brett Malin, State Committeewoman Sue Pattillo and State Committeeman Glenn Thomas.
The Chair, State Committeeman and State Committeewoman will be representing Pacific County at the Washington State Republican Party reorganization meeting in Stevenson on January 17th.
The next Pacific County Republican meeting is scheduled for February 12th in Long Beach and the annual Lincoln Dinner will be held on March 21st in South Bend.
