For the items regarding the Department of Public Works the board passed a new resolution pertaining to Washington State bridges. A member of the Department of Public Works that was at the meeting spoke, "This is a new requirement by the state to update the bridge load ratings, it's something we had to update, and by doing that, all of our bridges need to be posted."

The board also approved payment for the improvements at Bush, Pioneer and Bruceport parks.

The Department of Community Development requested to purchase Microsoft Surfaces, to replace computer workstations. A member of the Dept. of Community Development that was present at the meeting said that they were trying to make the transition to something more portable, so that they can do their work in the field, instead of waiting to get back to their office.

Matt Reider of the Department of Community Development resigned.

Karl Johnson of the Sheriff's Office resigned.

Will Hamlin of the Department of Community development completed his probation.

The Department of Community Development appointed Megan McNelly Executive Assistant.

Lenora Tanaka was appointed to the Fair Board.

Frank Glenn was appointed to the Flood Control Advisory Board.
