After more than 30 years of serving pocket belly tacos to Pacific County fair-goers, the Raymond Kiwanis Club is passing the "torch" to another organization. Willapa Valley High School's Family Career and Community Leaders of America, better known as FCCLA, has elected to take over the booth.
