The Northwest Immigration Rights Project is announcing a Pacific County Know Your Rights Workshop on April 13 at the Raymond High School from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Legal consultations are available immediately following the workshop by appointment only. This event is open to all community members and interested individuals. All materials and education will be provided to participants in English and Spanish. There is no cost associated with the workshop or legal consultations.
The Chinook Indian Nation will be holding it monthly Council Meeting at 11:00 a.m. on April 14 at the Chinook Nation Tribal Office at 3 E. Park Street in Bay Center. Free tax return preparation: AARP tax aid volunteers will e-file your taxes for free. Come to the Raymond library every second and forth Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. They are there April 14.
The Genealogy Workshop is hosted by the Raymond Timberland Library on Tuesday April 17 and May 15 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Librarian Emily Popvich will lead workshops focusing on two different websites or databases each month.
